Sliver City Ottawa Blue/sliver Shimmer In Runoff Coming From My Neighbor?

Blue/sliver shimmer in runoff coming from my neighbor? - sliver city ottawa

My neighbor put in a pond of this type of thing in the last year in his yard, and now I'm the water in my yard. Water has a shiny / blue ribbon for it affect my plants and grass to die. What could be the cause of silver, sky blue,.

We live in the city, if you do not have wells, septic tanks, oil tanks or heat. We are in the public.

Perhaps he is still a little oil in water to prevent mosquitoes from breeding, but should not kill your plants. You could ask your neighbor what he used to treat water. It may think that you think of a pond or what ever you are, if concerned about the alienation. If the water could be diverted, could help, but would probably happen in the yard of his neighbor. If you learn what it is, may be able, in a garden center to learn if there is a way to counter it.

A sample taken to the municipal water supply, as they can prove it, and if something in him that turns on the water system (as in storm drains), then you can legally terminate the situation. I also agree with the person you mentioned that you notify your insurance company.

My impression is that it brings something into the pond to prevent algae growth, especially when it is running. There are ways that respect the environment to do, but there are also many people who use chemicals in ponds that are not good for other plants. If you fish in the pond, I suppose you're one of them, because they are toxic to living organisms in general.

Take a water sample to the public water company. They can tell you with certainty, but it looks like chemicals in your pond / pool. As always, please contact your insurance company immediately after the home and awareness - your neighbor is responsible for cleaning up the show ....... ALL dig up the damaged area by new land and the replacement of all the plants and grass / etc
